The aim and purpose of this brief is to explore the importance of storytelling using digital technology whilst working for a live community brief. This medium is often used for advertising and promotion by both commercial and non-profit enterprises and in exciting and innovative music videos. My aim is to create a motion graphic piece that must captivate the Dunstable community as a whole and make the area more appealing to shoppers thus increasing footfall in the town centre. I will do this by gathering important aspects of research and document how and why Dunstable is in decline. Using a range of sources from photography to interviewing shoppers, shop keepers/managers and others employed in the area to find out how they are feeling about Dunstable and how they would like it to change.
